Now ‘Learning by Doing’ at SMC, Next the International Film Festival in Dubai?
David MayA Snapshot of Sharjah Men’s College’ is a short video produced by Foundation Level 3 student Tareq Abdelqader Mohamad (H00272016). Tareq directed, produced and published his short film which premiered at the final SMC Foundations assembly in Jan2014. The production was conducted in the spirit of HCT’s “Learning by Doing” initiative and was another example of Commitment, Responsibility, Dedication, Achievement, Creativity and Teamwork which is now synonymous with studying at SMC.

Students from level 3.3 were keen to be involved in assisting their fellow student, who clearly has a talent for the media related industry of film making. The short film’s fitting blend of live motion, background music and IPad-generated effects gives the viewer a snapshot of life at SMC.
