Art Dubai is an international art fair which takes place in March every year. Over 90 galleries from the UAE, the Middle East and Asia took part in the event this year, exhibiting a range of contemporary and modern art works in the exhibition hall of Madinat Jumeirah. On Wednesday 18^th March, level one Foundations students from Al Ain Women’s College attended the ladies preview of this art fair which was held under the patronage of HH Shaikha Manal bint Mohamed bin Rashid Al Makhtoum. Students walked around the galleries and had an opportunity to talk to the gallery representative and some of the artists themselves. Level one are now working on their integrated project which is about the art they saw at the event.

A student commented: “I liked everything about the trip because it was my first time going to an art exhibition. It was nice spending time there with my teachers and friends”.
