What do you enjoy most about teaching at HCT? All of the resources available to us, and the continual PD that is available
What’s your hometown? East Wenacthee, Washington, USA
What food do you miss from your hometown? Mexican Food
What was your first job? I cleaned my ballet studio.
What’s your favorite beverage? Turkish Coffee
If you were a Disney character, who would you be? Olaf from Frozen
What’s your favorite sport/team/ athlete? Rhythmic Gymnastics is the most graceful and athletically difficult sport out there.
What is your dream car? Four door Jeep Cherokee, RED.
Where is your favorite place to travel? Why? Glacier National Park in Montana, USA. It is the most beautiful and spiritual place I have ever been.
Beach or mountains? Why? Both because in the Pacific Northwest of USA the mountains meet the beach and ocean. Magical.
Camping or hotel? Why? Neither. Staying in a rustic lodge in Glacier National Park.
My favorite sound is… Wind rustling tall aspen trees.
The best era of music is… now. Really. Music now is so varied and catchy.
Something I have done that I am proud of is… Moving to the UAE with my three children on my own for a year without my husband. (he came later)
If I won the lottery, the first thing I would do is… Make sure my children had college money and buy my mother a nice house.
My favorite childhood toy was…my bike. I could ride it anywhere back in the day.
In 15 years time, where will you be? Hopefully still alive, and able to touch my toes and run a mile.
